About the Artist, Sophie

Sophie McAdara is a Millbrook, New York–based artist specializing in watercolor and acrylic.

Her work draws inspiration from her background in housing and city planning, the architecture and natural beauty of the Hudson Valley, and the simple pleasure of sharing an excellent meal with friends.

When she’s not painting, Sophie can often be found hiking, antiquing, or diving into a new book.
