About the Artist, Sophie

I've always loved old houses, lively cities, and sitting at a cafe watching people go by.

While I have created art for as long as I can remember, I started sketching the places I loved when I was living in Washington, DC in the summer of 2023. After a stint in France the following year, I just couldn’t stop, and have now painted 100s of homes, first date spots, cafes, restaurants, and other places and people held near and dear by so many.

From the rolling hills of the Ozarks in Northwest Arkansas to my current home in the Hudson Valley, New York, I am always inspired by the places I have been lucky enough to call home!
